WEEK 11 COACH C POWER POLL

Coach C’s Central Section Power Poll — Week 11
Written by Coach C – SemiPro GameDay
Oklahoma Bears 7-0 (6-0)
Even shorthanded, the defending Great Plains champs stormed into St. Joe and clawed out a two-score victory in a four-quarter slugfest. We even got to see unsung studs like two way OL/DL Evan Corry and WR Bo 'Showtime" Conway make huge contributions in this win. QB Garrett Griffith threw four TD strikes while WR Everett Davis torched the Bucks for 100+ yards. After a brutal four-week gauntlet, the Bears return to “The Den” this Saturday to welcome the Arkansas Warcats. Expect the crowd — and the scoreboard — to be roaring.
Kansas City Panthers 9-0 (7-0)
The Black Kats kept the pedal down in a 36-6 running-clock rout of the Kansas Diamondbacks. The question now: Will their regular-season finale be a forfeit against the Springfield Punishers or a statement trip to Illinois? Either way, Coach Jimmie Ross has his squad hunting perfection.
Missouri Cyclones 6-1 (6-1)
Idle but hardly resting, the Navy-and-Gold have been tinkering in the lab for their pivotal trip to St. Joe. This unit’s blend of defensive dominance and an potentially explosive offense with QB Kendall Holmes makes them the team no one wants to see in the playoff bracket.
Joplin Crusaders 6-1 (5-1)
Seven different Crusaders crossed the goal line in a 48-6 thumping of the Warcats. With momentum soaring, they face a trap game versus a red-hot KC Bulldogs squad that can light up a scoreboard. Strap in — this might be the best game of Week 11.
Tulsa Gators 4-1 (4-1)
Six picks by the SWAT Team defense and 150-yard, 2-TD day from WR Dylan 'Baby Moss' Chinn fueled a 30-6 beat-down of the Skyhawks. Up next: a “layup” versus the Diamondbacks — but Coach Micah Robertson knows complacency bites.
St. Louis Falcons 6-2 (5-2)
QB Payton Hoker (6 TDs) and ATH Malcolm Johnson Jr. (238 yards, 4 TDs) unleashed aerial havoc in a 60-6 road spanking of the Eagles. When the Falcons’ offense spreads its wings, opponents get grounded fast.
Kansas City Bulldogs 3-2
The “Road Dawgs” have uncaged 40-plus in back-to-back outings, most recently a 44-24 thrashing of the Hawks behind QB Marc Hernandez’s 400-yard masterpiece. Now comes the litmus test: a showdown in Joplin against the champs. Fireworks incoming!
St. Joe Bucks 2-5 (2-4)
A heartbreaking loss versus the Bears leaves the Bucks on Do-or-Die watch. Bright spot: newly discovered RB Austin White gashed Oklahoma for 100+ on the ground. Beat the Cyclones and hope the cards fall their way — or start planning for 2026.
Wichita Skyhawks 3-4 (3-4)
Turnovers doomed them against Tulsa, but playoff hopes still flutter. If Wichita upsets the Bears at home next week and the Bucks stumble, the Skyhawks could yet soar into the Great Plains postseason. Tall order? Absolutely. Impossible? Not one bit!
ECMO Eagles 5-4 (5-3)
Two weeks, 108 points allowed. YIKES! The defense needs an overnight overhaul before visiting the trigger-happy Oklahoma Hawks. QB Aason Cross is rubbing his hands like Cash Money’s Baby. ECMO’s season may hinge on regaining a single, elusive asset: pride.
Final Word
With just two regular-season weekends left, the Central Section resembles a powder keg. The Bears and Panthers eye unbeaten glory; the Cyclones, Crusaders, and Gators jockey for seeding; and bubble teams fight for every blade of turf. Week 11 promises rivalry heat, playoff chaos, and highlight-reel heroics. Buckle up — the road to postseason greatness starts now!
