The reigning CMFL Kings are hungry for more, but they’ll lean on their punishing defense and the dynamic duo of All-American WR Tajuan Curry and All-CMFL ATH Charles West to keep them on top.

3. Missouri Cyclones
Gateway Conference Beware!
The Cyclones had one of the strongest offseasons in the country, loading up on game-changers. There’s no doubt they’re looking to reclaim their spot atop the Gateway Conference and reclaim the throne of the CMFL. Have your rent money ready because it is due!!!

5. Tulsa Gators
A Swamp Full of Talent!
Coach Robertson and the Gators have built a juggernaut. With Year 2 of QB Samm Johnson under center, and weapons everywhere, this team has its eyes on the #1 spot.
Key Watch: Is Samm Johnson ready for his breakout year and take the Gators back to the promised land?

6. Wichita Skyhawks
Toughest Team in the Nation?
Wichita plays with an edge that few can match. That defense is flat-out terrifying, but the real question is whether the offense can find enough rhythm to push them over the top.

7. St. Joe Bucks
Welcome to the Big Leagues!
The Program Killas have made the jump to the big stage — the Great Plains Division of the CMFL. They’ve got grit, they’ve got swagger, and they’re here to shock the world.

8. St. Louis Falcons
Most Improved Team in the Section?
With a dominant performance in Week 1 — a 44-0 win over Chicago Falcons — and a monstrous O-line, the Falcons look like a team reborn. Don’t be surprised if they climb quickly.

9. Kansas City Panthers
A Sleeping Giant?
On talent alone, the Panthers might belong in the top 5. Loaded in the trenches and with one of the best recruiting classes in the section, this squad has scary potential.

10. Central Illinois Cougars
So Close… Can They Break Through?
Always competitive, but now they want more. The Cougars need the offense to step up in big moments to finally get over the hump and into the CMFL Title game.

11. Columbia Vipers
Ready to Strike Again
After a strong 2024, the Vipers added some heat in the offseason. Their ground game is elite, but can they add a real passing threat to open things up?
